Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £60-65K plus bonus

Description:

We are seeking a Nurse-qualified Manager to lead our nursing home in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to turn around a home and provide ongoing support to ensure high standards of care. You will be responsible for leading and motivating staff, maintaining an excellent record with the CQC, and demonstrating a passion for elderly care.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.

- Lead and motivate the staff to provide exceptional care.

- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high standard of care.

- Implement strategies to improve and turn around the home.

- Collaborate with a large organization for career progression opportunities.

Requirements:

- Nurse qualification.

- Experience in managing a nursing home.

- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.

- Strong track record with CQC.
