I am recruiting on behalf of my well-established client based in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly, family-run business with a strong local reputation and long-standing customer relationships.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager with strong knowledge of Xero to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office and manage core financial and administrative functions.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position where you will play a key role in supporting the business operations. Working closely with the director, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management while maintaining accurate financial records.
