Job Title: Offsted Registered Manager – Children’s Homes

Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead two children’s homes supporting young people aged 8–18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Requirements

Lead and inspire teams across two homes to deliver exceptional, child‑centred care

Oversee care planning, safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards

Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and external professionals

Manage operations, budgets, and staff development across both sites

Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a children’s residential setting (multi‑site experience desirable)

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted frameworks, and trauma‑informed care
