You’ll be joining a busy, ever-growing operation with headcount jumping from 50 during quieter periods to around 100 at peak. My Client is scaling fast, welcoming new customers, and building a team that’s ready to level up year after year.

As their Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of day-to-day operations. You’ll:
Build standout relationships with your contracts and keep communication flowing.
Make sure service levels stay sharp, slick, and consistently high.
Plan and coordinate staffing to match volume spikes and quieter periods.
Track attendance, performance, and productivity — and turn that into clear, meaningful MI reports.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention to keep the team buzzing.
Oversee admin and payroll processes, keeping everything accurate and on time.
Spot chances to streamline, improve, and grow — and help bring those ideas to life.
