Salary: £31,200

About the Role

AJ&U Recruitment are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join Manufacturing business in Leicester. Ideally someone who has experience working with a team and support decision making. This role will be exciting every day as you will take responsibility to work alongside with sales department and despatch while supporting client requirements and internal order management. This role will be supporting companies cast -Iron department.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 – 4pm
• 31 holidays a year including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator

• Support day to day employee productivity
• Prepare regular reports for the senior management
• Assist in developing strategies to improve overall quality and productivity
• Report faults or discrepancies for cast iron deliveries
• Daily planning of painted stock to ensure stock levels
• Despatching orders on Sage
• Uploading deliveries on courier websites
• Support H&S regulations to be followed on site

Requirements for the Operations Co-ordinator

• Experience in Coordinator or scheduling
• Ideally experience using SAGE and Excel , but this can be trained
• Experience in leadership – supporting team and colleagues
• Forward thinking mindset
• Ability to find solutions
