Operations Coordinator

Pay: £30,000+ DOE

Location: Leicestershire

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process airfreight bookings, providing quotes where required to meet customer needs
• Arrange collections and coordinate airfreight or courier transport
• Prepare and manage all required airfreight documentation
• Complete Customs Declarations in line with regulatory requirements
• Monitor shipments and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
• Liaise professionally with customers, airlines, couriers, and suppliers
• Perform accounting and invoicing-related tasks accurately
• Support daily operational processes and workflows
