With an annual salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, this Operations Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a dedicated team. As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Deliver safe, quality-driven, and person-centred services across domiciliary or complex care packages
- Provide effective leadership and foster the development of the Community Care Lead Team
- Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure effective staffing and service delivery
- Lead the mobilisation process for care packages across your region
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and risk across your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term growth
