• Field Ops Manager jobs role / Director of Operations jobs role / Senior Operations Manager jobs role
• Manage a team of 40 field based engineers – similar to EV charging stations but different – background in field installation / EV charging etc would be suited
• Would suit an Operations Manager who wants to be more strategic as it reports directly into the CEO and has potential to become COO
• £20m t/o business set to double to £40m t/o. Already experienced 146% growth in the last 2 years
• This Field Operations Manager jobs role / Director of Operations jobs role would suit a senior Ops Manager who has managed field operations – driving SLA, mobilisation etc
• You will need some sort of engineering background/understanding – it’s more electrical / software / interfacing a piece of hardware into a client solution (so some sort of overlap or technical ability)
• £85,000 - £95,000 TBC + car or car allowance. Still being defined. Rule out if seeking over £105,000

Are you a Ops manager, Field Operations Manager or Director of Operations? Have you got experience of managing a team of field engineers and driving improvements to service / support? This role reports directly into CEO of a fast growth technology business who do on site field installations of both hardware and then software to link the solution.

• The Operations Manager jobs role would suit someone from a EV charging background or similar – where there is a field installation / team of field engineers
• Role is both strategic and tactical - reports into CEO. Chance to become Chief Operations Officer 
• We need someone who has managed field teams/field operations
• Must have experience of managing field based teams / field operations and driving improvements
• This is NOT EV charging but that type of project management and operations management or utility metering or field based installed products or similar would be a suited background
• An Ops Manager or Director of Operations who wants to work for a business which has grown 146% and are set to double to £40m turnover in due course.

This Director of Operations / National Operations Manager jobs role is based in the East Midlands region ; Leicester, Derby, Nottingham region but also commutable from the West Midlands Coventry, Rugby, Tamworth, Solihull, Birmingham regions
