Job Description:

Regional Operations Manager – Children’s Residential Services
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + performance bonuses
Location: Leicester, Flexible across the region (covering up to 5 homes)
Service Type: EBD & LD Children’s Homes
Provider: Small, high-quality independent group

Are you an experienced multi-site Manager ready to shape and grow services for children and young people?
Do you have the passion and expertise to lead teams delivering safe, nurturing, and outcome-focused care?

We’re working exclusively with a well-established independent care provider seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee up to five Children’s Residential Homes supporting young people with EBD and Learning Disabilities.

You will:

• Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight across all services

• Support and guide Registered Managers, ensuring compliance and consistent quality

• Hold Regulatory Responsibility (RI) for the homes, maintaining strong governance and safeguarding standards

• Develop and implement improvement plans that drive excellence and positive outcomes

• Work collaboratively with senior leadership on growth and service development
