Winsearch UK is currently working Restore PLC to appoint an experienced Operations Team Leader where they will be responsible for the safety and maintenance of critical infrastructure for the site and ensuring security for the facility.

This position would be suitable for someone working within an office-based environment, managing high volumes of staff, and be flexible to adapt to changes within the role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage colleagues on site and running operations on day-to-day basis
• Control processes at site level
• Managing operations team and supporting the team in delivering objectives, targets and service
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers in line with the operational plan.
• Develop and maintain the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
• To ensure the site operates in accordance with the SOP68 guidelines.
• To suggest and implement process efficiency, cost savings and maximizing of revenue opportunity aligned to Service Delivery Manager expectations.
• Responsible for the safety and security of the site.
• Responsible for any non-conformance resolution as a result of any audit with the support of your Service Delivery Manager
• Responsible for operational exceptions and resolution of operational issues.

Health & Safety:

• Regularly monitor and ensure colleagues are completing any mandatory safety and compliance training.
• Ensure that the site operates in accordance with Doc-500 policy document with the support of your Service Delivery Manager.
• Promote and ensure all colleagues', visitors', and contractors' safety in accordance with H&S legislation and company policies.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles have regular inspections and report any safety issues.
• Ensure team members are fully trained and competent prior to operating any equipment.
• Compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 27001 Information Security, BS 10008 Evidential Weight & Legal Admissibility Management system requirements as defined in all applicable policies, procedures, and training & awareness requirements.

• Competent with various IT Stacks
• Interpersonal skills
• Flexible attitude
• Positive and flexible work ethic, "Can do" and self-motivating attitude.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the O'Neil system
• Experience of working in a warehouse environment
• Hold a clean driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
