Job Description:

Position: Order Picker
Location: Old Dalby (LE14)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 16:00 (40 hours per week)
Salary: £27,000 per annum + overtime (£12.98 per hour whilst temp)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Order Picker looking for a temp-to-perm job? Empowered Personnel is recruiting for an Order Picker on behalf of our client in Old Dalby. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term Order Picker role with progression opportunities and a supportive team.

Order Picker – Key Responsibilities:

• Manually unloading containers – this Order Picker position involves repetitive heavy lifting
• Picking orders using RF scanners and pick lists
• Labelling goods accurately for correct identification
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
• Following all health and safety procedures

Order Picker – Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an Order Picker
• A valid driving licence and own transport (essential due to location and occasional travel to another site)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
• FLT Counterbalance licence desirable but not essential – training may be offered for the right Order Picker
