Packing Operative
Moira, Swadlincote
£12.84 Per hour

We are looking for Packing Operatives to join a team at leading manufacturers based in Moira, Swadlincote, DE12.

The role involves taking product and putting into specifically designed bag, packaging or boxing and then packaging for dispatch.

 There are a few elements to the role, and you will move between these tasks throughout the day. This makes the role varied, however does involve you standing for a number of hours through the day and some parts of the process will be manual.

You would need a keen eye for detail to ensure quality throughout the whole process.
 
Days/Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday   07:30am – 16:00pm
Friday   06:00am – 12:00pm
 
Job Role

• Unpacking products
• Placing different products as per the specific instructions into packaging, bags or boxes, as required
• Packaging he completed products safely ready for distribution
• Quality checking products
• Ensuring health and safety at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Able to do a manual role and be on feet for majority of the day
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Have a willingness to learn and develop yourself
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Provide regular and reliable support within the factory
• Focused and driven
• Ability to work under pressure
