This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive Wills & Probate team, gaining hands-on experience while building a strong foundation in private client law.

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Wills & Probate department, ensuring files are managed efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting fee earners with aspects of their caseloads

• Opening and closing files, billing, and preparing correspondence

• Maintaining files and saving documents and emails to the case management system

• Liaising with clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Preparing documents and notes for client appointments

• Supporting document storage and retrieval

• Providing reception cover when required

• Referring matters outside your level of expertise to fee earners or the Head of Department

• Recording time accurately and progressing work efficiently

• Keeping training records up to date and maintaining professional standards

• Training and development opportunities to support your legal career
