Corporate Paralegal - Leicester

GWR Legal Recruitment is pleased to be assisting a legal 500 commercial firm in the Leicester area who are looking to recruit a paralegal to their corporate team.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers and gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality corporate matters. The work the department deals with is interesting and varied, spanning a diverse range of sectors, including things such as:-

• Mergers and De-mergers
• Sales and purchases of business and assets
• Sales and purchases of shares
• Management buy-outs
• Joint ventures
• Company structures and restructuring
• Shareholder Agreements
• Fundraising
• Private equity transactions

Experience and Skills Required

The ideal candidate for this paralegal role will ideally have:

• Previous experience of working as paralegal (experience in corporate work would be desirable but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office.
• A keen eye for detail
• Ambition and a commitment to continue their learning and development in this specialist area of law.
