My client are seeking an Administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time basis working 22.5 hours per week. .

The Role:
Constant monitoring of the main email inbox, filtering out orders and queries.
Processing customer orders through an inhouse system.
Assess, analyse and cross check order details as they are processed
Support the Sales Team to maintain & improve our ordering process whilst having confidence to communicate with customers clearly via telephone and email
Extensive use of the scanner for sales and warehouse documents
Daily communication with the Customer Experience Manager to keep updated of orders that come in and any issues in processing.
