Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support parts sales and enquiries

Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering

Provide expert technical support for complex parts queries

Process customer returns, credit notes, and maintain accurate records

Keep customers informed about order status and backorders

Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process

Promote special offers and current deals

Support wider business functions when required

Who You'll Work With:

A variety of customers - retail, wholesale, and eCommerce

Internal teams - including technical, sales, warehouse, and finance departments

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Customer Service and Parts Sales (essential)

City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or equivalent) - desirable

Experience using BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, or SAP - advantageous

GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent - desirable

Strong IT literacy, confident communication, and negotiation skills

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
