Description

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Processing payroll for c. 1,000 staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll.
• Maintain and update payroll systems, addressing any system-related issues.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile payroll reports.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions.
• Generate and distribute payslips and other payroll-related documentation.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
• Support the implementation of new payroll procedures and systems as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

• Strong understanding of payroll systems and software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
