Job Purpose

We’re an exceptionally fast-growing professional services focused company, with over 100% increase in headcount over the previous 12 months, and ambitious plans to continue with this growth. This is a challenging but exciting opportunity and requires someone with an absolute ambition to build on the transformation to date and enhance business performance through our people. The People Director will oversee all aspect of People Management and ensure that we don’t just robustly comply with our obligations but develop and nurture a “different DNA” which drives our success.

The People Director is the people lead within Constellia, providing strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of HR. This role will be pivotal in shaping the people strategy to align with the company's growth ambitions, driving cultural transformation, and fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation. The People Director will work closely with the leadership team to implement initiatives (hands on execution a key part of the role) that enhance employee engagement, build organisational capability, and embed the company’s values into all aspects of business operations.

You’ll have a team (part-time talent and HR Admin support) that we anticipate will grow aligned to our business growth.
