Salary: £36,507 – £44,103 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team delivering therapeutic interventions that truly change lives. Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver individualised OT interventions
• Work closely with educators and residential staff to create therapeutic environments
• Provide consultation, training and workshops to school teams
• Collaborate with a broad MDT including Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Creative Therapists
• Be involved in shaping therapeutic practices within the school and care teams

Who We're Looking For:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Skilled in working with children and young people with complex needs
• Confident in delivering training and supporting therapeutic environments
• Organised, reflective, and proactive in clinical practice
• Committed to continuous learning and inclusive, child-centred care
