Multi-Skilled Plant Engineer

Days (40 hours P/W)

I'm pleased to be partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing client who is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Plant Engineer to their engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a stable, innovative business that truly invests in its people.

My client is seeking a proactive and versatile engineer who can support the smooth operation of their production facility. You'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems

• Diagnosing faults and ensuring timely repairs to minimise downtime

• Working closely with production teams to optimise plant performance

• Contributing to continuous improvement projects and engineering upgrades

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A recognised engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, or multiskilled)

• Strong fault-finding skills across both disciplines

• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or similar plant environment

• A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
