Plasterer

Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plasterer to join a local authority’s repairs and maintenance team based in Leicestershire. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.

We’re looking for a Plasterer experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. This is a stable, full-time role ideal for someone with social housing or council experience.

Duties Include:
 

• Carrying out internal and external plastering in tenanted and void properties
• Skimming, patch repairs, rendering, boarding, and full room replastering
• Working independently and professionally in homes across the area
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer care

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £19.96 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.13 inclusive of holiday).

You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.

You will need:
 

• Proven experience in plastering, ideally within social housing or council work
• Your own basic hand tools and PPE
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering
