Job Description:

A Further Education organisation in Coventry is seeking an experienced Estates Trade Specialist - Plumber to join its Estates team.

You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across a large education estate, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements.

This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and high-quality environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Essential Requirements
* Completed three-year apprenticeship in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing, or BTEC / ONC Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
* CITB or EITB registered
* GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4-9 (A-C)* or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar plumbing or estates role
* Experience working within education, healthcare, or public-sector environments
* Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and checks
