Polisher

Job Description:

Ford & Stanley Talentwise are recruiting for a skilled Polisher on behalf of a respected manufacturing business in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its precision, quality, and craftsmanship in glass production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polishing glass products to a high standard using manual and mechanical methods
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and finish
• Maintaining polishing tools and equipment
• Working closely with production teams to meet deadlines
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in polishing, ideally within a manufacturing or glass-related environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work the specified hours
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards

Shifts:

• Monday – Thursday, 06:45 – 16:45
