Job Description:

• Location: Markfield, Leicestershire 
• Salary: £14.41 per hour 
• Hours per week: 37.5 (Full-time)
• Shifts: 07:30 - 15:00, 15:00 - 22:30, Sleep in 22:30 - 07.30
• Required: A Full UK manual driving licence 
• Sponsorship is not available for this position

Who will I support?

As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker you will support adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to transform their lives. 

How will I make a difference?

We are looking for someone to join our team in Markfield who can show:

• A person centred approach.
• Recognising people's strengths and abilities and help them take the small steps at their pace, never losing sight of their dreams and aspirations.
• Follow and develop behaviour support plans in place. 
• Support using a Positive Behavioural Support model to promote independence and social inclusion.
• Understand the importance of routine as this is critical for this role.
