Location: Leicester
Salary: £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm | Friday: Early finish

Elite People Recruitment Services are currently looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join one of our trusted clients in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience and a strong eye for detail to become part of a skilled and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-treatment of products before coating
• Cleaning and preparing parts for powder coating
• Applying powder using the correct techniques and equipment
• Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
• Collaborating with the team to meet production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Powder Coater
• Experience with online track systems
• Background in an engineering or manufacturing setting
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Reliable and hardworking
