Powder Coater

Location: Leicester
Pay: £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

Elite People Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join one of our well-established and trusted clients based in Desford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role within a supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-treatment of products prior to powder coating
• Cleaning and preparation of parts
• Applying powder coating using the correct techniques and equipment
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Working closely with the team to meet production targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Powder Coater
• Experience working with overhead/online track systems
• Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and hardworking
