Job Title: Power Platform Governance & CoE SME
Location: Coventry (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Contract: 6 months, Inside IR35
Day Rate: £400–£480 inside I35
The Role
We’re seeking a Power Platform Governance & CoE SME to take ownership of governance, compliance, and best practice frameworks across a large-scale enterprise environment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring secure, compliant, and optimised use of Power Platform technologies, while establishing and embedding a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce Power Platform governance frameworks covering DLP policies, security, user roles, and compliance.
- Lead administration within Power Platform Admin Centre, including ALM practices.
- Develop monitoring & reporting capabilities, including usage analytics and audit logs.
- Establish a sustainable Governance Model & Environment Strategy.
- Implement and manage the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Kit to drive adoption, automation, and reporting.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to embed best practice and manage citizen development.
Key Skills & Experience
- Cmunication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- 5–7 years’ hands-on Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong background in governance, frameworks, and compliance within enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of data protection and security best practices.
- Experience in change management and adoption strategies.
- Ability to translate enterprise architecture principles into practical governance solutions.
