Contract Vehicle Prepper – Outside IR35 – Coalville 
Pay: £18 - £20 per hour (LTD)
Location: Coalville
Contract Role – Immediate Start Available

We’re recruiting for a busy, well-established fleet company based in Coalville, and they’re looking for an experienced Prepper to join their team on a contract basis. This role is outside IR35 and pays £18 - £20 per hour LTD, depending on experience.

🔧 The Role:

• Prepping panels and vehicles ready for paint

• Sanding, masking, and filler work

• Working on a variety of commercial and fleet vehicles

• Supporting the paint team to maintain a smooth workflow

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or within a bodyshop environment

• Competent with all aspects of prepping and filler work

• Own tools and ability to work efficiently and independently

• Immediate availability preferred
