Are you Press Brake operator or similar, looking for a stable, hands-on days based role in a clean and friendly workplace where you'll be trained and enjoy a 4.5 day working week?

This company is a trusted manufacturer with over 100 years of experience, designing and making high-power electrical resistors for industries including energy, rail, telecoms and marine.

In this role, you'll help operate the CNC Press Brake, work from engineering drawings, and assist with fabrication tasks. You'll also help assemble parts by hand, use simple tools, and enter basic data into a computer (full training provided). The work is steady, with clear instructions and support throughout the day.

This role would suit a Press Brake Operator, looking for a secure, days based, full-time role with a long-standing company and an early finish every Friday.

The Role:

• Set and operate a CNC Press Brake, working from engineering drawings
• Hand-assemble parts using bolts, screws, and simple fasteners
• Use basic tools like screwdrivers, rivet guns and wrenches
• Light assembly work
• 38 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:15pm, Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm

• Commutable to Leicester
