Job Title: Press Brake Setter Operator
Location: Coventry (Commutable from Rugby, Daventry, and Leicestershire)
Shift: Days - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Salary: Up to £18 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role
The company is seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter Operator to join their manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up Amada press brakes to bend and form metal components to specification.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine setup procedures
• Set up tooling, program settings, and backstops on Amada press brakes
• Operate press brakes to bend, punch, cut, and shape metal components
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following all safety guidelines

About You

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator, preferably with Amada machinery
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy machinery
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
