 Your Role as a Class Teacher:

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning outcomes
• Ensure a calm, structured classroom environment
• Build rapport with pupils and contribute to the school community
• Effectively manage support staff and classroom TAs
• Provide effective feedback as required – no planning involved

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Confident behaviour and classroom management
• Ability to follow pre-set plans and routines effectively
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to adapt across schools and year groups
• A positive and professional attitude
