Contract: Maternity Cover | Full-Time
Salary: £150-£200 per day

A welcoming primary school in Chaddesden is seeking a full-time Year 3 Teacher to join them on a maternity cover basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role

• Full class teacher responsibility for a Year 3 class within a well-resourced, supportive primary school

• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire curiosity and progress across the KS2 curriculum

• Build strong relationships with pupils, ensuring they feel valued, supported and safe

• Work collaboratively with a caring staff team who actively champion professional growth

• Maintain clear and positive communication with parents and carers

What We’re Looking For

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential

• A nurturing, professional and reflective practitioner

• A passion for helping children achieve their best through high expectations and a positive classroom culture

• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a calm, purposeful learning environment
