About the Role:
As a day-to-day supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to step into a variety of primary school classrooms across Wellingborough. Your duties will include:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of primary subjects

Ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Managing pupil behaviour with a focus on learning and development

Supporting students' academic and social growth

Collaborating with teaching assistants and staff to maintain consistency in learning

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning

Strong classroom management and communication skills

The ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments

Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of the role

Experience in primary education across different key stages is desirable but not essential
