Salary: £160 - £223 per day

TeacherActive is presenting an exciting role at a mainstream primary school in the Derby area. They are looking for someone to join their dynamic team on a long term contract from September to deliver engaging lessons within a Key Stage 2 setting. Whether you have years of experience or you’re a ECT, we want to hear from you!

The role with be working in a Key stage 2/KS2 environment, teaching a year 3 class. You must have experience working in a KS2 environment and have knowledge of the current curriculum. Not only will you be teaching the class, but you will also provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures. This specific role will be a full time placement, running up until the end of the summer term 2025.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working as a Primary Teacher in KS2
• A passion for education and making differences to children’s lives
• Self-motivated and passionate
