Full‑time / Part‑time Opportunities
Primary schools across the Lutterworth area are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join their supportive teams. These roles offer fantastic opportunities to work across a range of year groups, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally while gaining valuable classroom experience.
About the Role
You will be working within primary classrooms, supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities, behaviour management, and small‑group or 1:1 interventions. Depending on the needs of the school, you may be assisting pupils with additional learning needs, helping to deliver targeted catch‑up work, or supporting whole‑class teaching.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with primary‑aged pupils
- Confidence supporting pupils with varying learning abilities
- A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia) is advantageous but not essential
