Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role in an educational setting
• A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting students across different classrooms and year groups
• Strong classroom management and communication skills to effectively assist teachers and engage students
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A proactive and motivated approach to helping students thrive
