Principal Engineer
The Principal Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing and leading the design and maintenance of world leading engineering systems for automotive applications.
• Leading the development of new technologies and new products in line with the company NPI requirements
• Conducting vehicle, component and sub system testing as required. Defining technical specifications and appropriate test plans.
• Supporting DFM activities, ensuring designs are the most efficient, cost effective production methods
• Leading a team of 5 technical engineers in developing and producing OEM components and products

Principal Engineer
The Principal Engineer will require the following experience:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proven man management experience
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous
