Principle Project Lead
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Engineering Project Leads (EPLs) in the execution of all engineering aspects to deliver fully engineered and certified programs to our customers and to internal stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of engineering projects, including NPD, customer customization, certification programs, and aftermarket initiatives.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, value management, KPI reporting, and schedule control using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with Airbus, Boeing, and major airlines, representing engineering in senior technical and program reviews.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualification + project management qualification
- Confident working with technical principle engineers
- Proven customer facing project management experience
- Leading direct management of small teams and indirect management of project teams
