With a collaborative culture and a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our structural engineering team in Leicester and seeking a dynamic Principal Structural Engineer to join.

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the wider team, structural design projects and ensuring technical excellence. You’ll work closely with architects, clients, and other consultants to deliver creative and efficient engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers

• Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance

• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

• Chartered Engineer status (CEng, MIStructE or equivalent)

• Extensive experience in structural design and project delivery

• Strong leadership and team management skills
