Full-Time - Permanent

Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 Per Annum

Location: Markfield, Leicestershire

Due to further expansion plans, our market leading client is seeking an enthusiastic & dynamic Print Account Manager to join their successful team and further cement their reputation and nurture customer relationships as a Print Account Manager on a Full Time Permanent basis.

As a Print Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with exiting clients and influence revenue
• Maintain exceptional communication with customers on customer orders and enquiries.
• Raise orders and enquiries on new sales quotes as well as existing orders as a Print Account Manager
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with accounts throughout the UK.
• Be responsible for and the go to person for key customer accounts as a Print Account Manager
• Stock management and products and services
• Negotiate pricing ensuring balance between revenue generation as well as customer retention as a Print Account Manager
• Have a consultative approach to customers and their business as a Print Account Manager
• Demonstrated products and knowledge on product ranges as a Print Account Manager
• Self-manage diary and workload to ensure productivity objectives and activities are met
• Maintain an elevated level of service ensuring a world class customer experience.
