Procurement Coordinator - Temporary (Potential Temp to Perm)
Location: Hybrid (2 days WFH once trained)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:30 (30 min lunch), Fri 8:00-13:00
Pay: £15 per hour, weekly pay
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing supplier relationships? We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support a busy purchasing team on a 3-month temporary assignment, with potential to go permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support smooth and efficient transactions.
- Handle order changes, issue resolution, and data updates within the ERP system.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and analyse data.
- Accurately close down system orders and maintain clear documentation.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both suppliers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

- Experience using ERP systems and purchase order workflows.
