• Full training and development will be provided! Would suit someone who enjoys problem solving with a good eye for detail. Due to the nature of product, someone with an interest in technology would be ideal.

As Product Support Technician, the primary function of this position is to support customers with product returns and assessing faults. The product is electronic hardware and has a software element so we need someone who enjoys more technical products in general. The role would suit an inquisitive mindset and a positive mindset to help customer related issues.

Salary: Starting salary of £23,800 + bonus (c£3,200) + 25 days holiday + pension scheme + free gym + other benefits

• Some testing duties and loading of software onto products. Training can be provided.
• Loading specific software onto the relevant products.
• Communicating with customers via phone or email.
