Production Operative / Clean Room Operator

Location: Coalville
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Bonus: Yearly bonus of up to £3,600

HSL are recruiting for a Production Operative / Clean Room Operator to work for a company based in Coalville. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity.

Pay & Hours

• £12.21 per hour
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• 39 hours per week

Job Duties

• Trimming, buffing, and inspection (visual and dimensional)
• Assembly work
• Packing
• Occasional moulding of silicone components
• Working within a clean room environment

There are currently:

• 1 x full-time Assembly position
• 1 x full-time Trim/Inspector position

Working Conditions & Requirements

• Clean room environment
• Full protective workwear required (overalls, hood, and mask)
• Role involves standing for long periods
• Due to the clean room environment and the nature of the products handled, candidates must not smoke or vape
