Production Floor Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £40,000PA

40 Hour week / 20 + 8 Days Holiday / Ongoing training and progression opportunities

Accept Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be supporting our client who is an established production company within the graphics and printing industry, established for over 20 + years' and are searching for an experienced driven production floor manager. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day workflow within the production department, ensuring projects move smoothly and through to print, finishing and packaging.
• Work closely with the wider team(s) including Project Management and, directors, production staff to ensure jobs are prioritised correctly and completed efficiently
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
• Support the team and management in solving production challenges
• Assist the production team during busy periods
• Maintain a positive and productive working environment

Key Requirements

• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable and confident working within a busy production environment
• Practical and hands on
• Effective problem solving and good communicator 
• Ideally experience within a similar role
