Production Operative (Nights)

Job Description:

We at Industrial Temporaries are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to work nights and join the team in a fast-paced food production environment.

This is a physically demanding role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, can meet deadlines, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and weighing to exact specifications
• Handling and moving stock, including heavy lifting
• Stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Vacuum packing products to a high standard
• Managing and organising chilled storage areas
• Carrying out daily stocktakes
• Decanting boxed poultry into crates for nightly production
• Working in sub-zero temperatures for short periods

We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliable
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
• Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Able to work in a cold enviroment.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:00pm to 4:00am

Hourly Pay:

• The hourly pay will be £14.00 per hour, gaurenteened 37.5 hours pay a week.

This is a full-time role for the right candidate, and we are looking to find someone who can integrate well with the team and grow within the business.
