Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative (Day Shift)

Location: EMA (East Midlands Airport area)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
(some flexibility may be required)

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a busy logistics and distribution centre near East Midlands Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing day work in a fast-paced environment, with full training provided.

Duties will include:

• Handling, sorting, and scanning parcels and freight

• Loading and unloading trailers and containers

• Ensuring all items are processed accurately and efficiently

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Working as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Operative, Picker/Packer or Loader is desirable but not essential

• Ability to work day shifts consistently

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
