T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a number of Production Operatives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;

• Monday–Thursday 6:00–15:30 &Fridays 6:00–10:00 (with Friday overtime until 15:00 mandatory when required)
• Starting salary £26,208 with the opportunity to rise to £33,280 with training sign off.

Production Operative Job Details;

• Operating machinery
• Weighing and labelling products
• Stacking products onto pallets manually
• Performing machine checks
• Quality checking the products
• Forklift operation – training is provided
• Work to and ensure targets/deadlines are met
• Adhere to H&S within the workplace
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment

Production Operative Person Specification;

• No beards (due to half-face mask use)
• Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
• Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
• A valid FLT licence is desirable however not essential as training is available if interested
