Production Operative
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Basic)
Overtime Rate: £15.26 per hour
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday, 6AM – 3PM
- Sunday overtime available as and when required
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing and well established food production business in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to secure stable, long-term work with potential for progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing, cutting, and marinating food products on a production line
- Re-working and packing of food products
- Open to being Upskilled into different areas of the production process
- Ensuring basic food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
- Working efficiently in a chilled environment (8–9 degrees Celsius)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential
- A basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety is preferred
- Ability to work in a cold environment and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
- Works well in a team
- Works well in fast paced environment
