Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm (40 hours per week)

This growing manufacturer supplies high-quality powered systems to major clients across the UK. Due to continued success and new contracts, they are expanding their team and now recruiting Production Operatives to join their busy site in Leicestershire.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll work within a small team to assemble and finish products to a high standard. You'll receive full training and support to carry out tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out manual handling and product assembly
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Spray or finish parts when required
- Check work for accuracy and maintain quality standards
- Work with your team to meet daily production targets
About You
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and hardworking with a good work ethic
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
