We are recruiting Warehouse and Production Operatives to join a busy clay tile manufacturing company. These are long-term roles working in a fast-paced, industrial environment. The work is physical, and you will be on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Available Shifts

4 on 4 off – Permanent Days

Hours: 6am – 6pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Duties: General warehouse tasks, packing, loading, material handling, and supporting production.

4 on 4 off – Rotating Days and Nights

Pattern: 4 weeks of days (6am–6pm), followed by 4 weeks of nights (6pm–6am)
Pay: £14.39 per hour
Duties: Working on a production line manufacturing clay tiles, quality checks, manual handling.

Overtime Rates (after completing your 4 standard shifts)

• Weekday OT: £18.32 per hour

• Weekend OT: £24.42 per hour

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work 12-hour shifts

• Comfortable working in an industrial and physical environment

• Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not essential

• Good communication and teamwork skills
